01What it is
Product and interface design for systems that draft, retrieve and act. We design the states an AI product moves through (drafting, cited, needs review, approved, escalated) and the controls a person needs at each one, then build them as production components in the client's stack.

03The problem
Most AI products fail at the surface. People cannot see where an answer came from, cannot tell what an agent did on their behalf, and cannot correct it without starting over. The Arabic layout arrives late, as a mirrored copy of the English screen. Trust is lost before the model is ever the problem.

08What it is not
- An interface cannot explain what the system underneath does not expose; opaque third-party models limit what we can show.
- We prefer to build what we design. Design without engineering access produces specifications, not products.
- A polished interface on an unmeasured system is still unmeasured. Interface work does not replace evaluation.

Do you only design, or do you build as well?
We build. Interface work is delivered as working front-end code wired to the real system, with the design files alongside.
Do you design in Arabic first?
We design both languages at the same time. Right-to-left layout, Arabic typography and mixed-language text are in the first draft, not a later pass.
Can you work inside our design system?
Yes. We extend your design system with the states AI products need, such as citations, review and approval, rather than replacing it.
Is this site an example of the work?
Yes. The interactive home page is a portfolio piece, designed and engineered by the same team in both languages.
