Do you only build, or also advise?

We build. Strategy work exists to decide what to build, and it ends in a roadmap we can deliver or hand over.

Can you work with our existing vendors and systems?

Yes. What we build is integrated with the systems you already run, and our evaluation works on third-party systems too.

Which models do you use?

We choose for each deployment, hosted or self-hosted, depending on your data rules and the task. We record the model in the release record rather than build the pitch around it.

Can we engage one capability on its own?

Yes. In practice most work combines two or three, such as agents with retrieval and evaluation.
