Evidence and editorial policy
Everything published on this site is written to be checkable. This page states who writes it, how it is reviewed, how we use AI, and what we do when we get something wrong.

A number on this site has all four, or it does not appear. Where proof is still pending, the row reads [EVIDENCE REQUIRED] so you can see the gap instead of a rounded claim.
01Evidence and metrics
We publish a performance metric only when it carries four things: a definition, the measurement method, the sample size, and the evaluation date. Metrics that do not meet that bar are marked [EVIDENCE REQUIRED] rather than rounded into a claim. We do not publish numbers we cannot reproduce.
02Claims we will not make
We do not claim zero hallucination, guaranteed accuracy, guaranteed savings, or certifications we do not hold. Where alignment with PDPL, NCA controls or SDAIA AI-ethics principles is described, it means the system is designed against those requirements, not that a third party has certified it.
03Names and permissions
We name a client, partner or organisation only with its written permission, and we describe the work only as far as that permission allows. Logos follow the same rule.
04Who writes and reviews
Product pages and field notes are written by the people who build the systems described, and every page carries a last-reviewed date. Where a page covers regulation, it is reviewed against the primary text rather than secondary commentary.
05How we use AI
We use AI to help with drafting, translation support and editing. Nothing is published from a model's output without human review. Facts, figures, regulatory references and citations are checked by a person against the primary source. AI is never used to generate testimonials, credentials, case results or metrics.
06Sources and citation
Regulatory and statistical claims link to the issuing authority or the original publication where a public source exists. When we cite our own measurement, we say so and show the method.
07Dated pages
Pages tied to an event or a campaign carry their dates, and are archived when the event ends. Evergreen pages do not borrow deadlines from events.
08Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us at info@siyadatech.com. Substantive corrections are made in place, the last-reviewed date is updated, and a note is added where the correction changes the meaning.
09Content for AI assistants
Answer engines are welcome to quote this site with attribution to Siyada Tech and a link to the source. Our machine-readable summaries are at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt, and our usage policy is at /ai.txt.
