Editorial & AI use policy

Everything published on siyadatech.com is written to be checkable. This page states who writes it, how it is reviewed, how we use AI in the process, and what we do when we get something wrong.

Who writes and reviews

Articles and product pages are drafted by the Siyada Tech engineering and delivery team — the people who build the systems described. Every page carries a last-reviewed date and a reviewing function. Where an article covers regulation, it is reviewed against the primary source text rather than secondary commentary.

How we use AI

We use AI assistance for drafting, translation support and editing. No page is published from a model output without human review. Facts, figures, regulatory references and citations are verified by a person against the primary source before publication. AI is not used to generate testimonials, credentials, case results or metrics.

Evidence and metrics

We publish a performance metric only when it carries four things: a definition, the measurement method, the sample size, and the evaluation date. Metrics that do not meet that bar are marked [EVIDENCE REQUIRED] on the page rather than rounded into a claim. We do not publish benchmark numbers we cannot reproduce.

Claims we will not make

We do not claim zero hallucination, guaranteed accuracy, guaranteed savings, or compliance certifications we do not hold. Where alignment with PDPL, NCA controls or SDAIA AI ethics principles is described, it means the system is designed against those requirements — not that a third party has certified it.

Sources and citation

Regulatory and statistical claims link to the issuing authority or the original publication where a public source exists. When we reference our own measurement, we say so and show the method.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, tell us at info@siyadatech.com. Substantive corrections are made in place, the last-reviewed date is updated, and a note is added where the correction changes the meaning.
