Jawabid
Reads RFPs and drafts traceable procurement responses
Jawabid is a bilingual procurement response system from Siyada Tech. It reads an RFP or tender pack, extracts every requirement into a structured matrix, and drafts responses from the organisation's approved content library — with each answer traced back to the requirement and the source material it reuses.

What it is
A requirement-extraction and response-drafting system for Arabic and English tenders. Jawabid turns an unstructured tender document into a requirement matrix, maps each requirement to prior approved answers, and produces a first draft that a bid team edits rather than writes from scratch.
The problem it solves
Saudi tender packs are long, bilingual, and requirement-dense. Teams re-read the same documents, miss mandatory clauses, and rebuild answers that already exist elsewhere in the organisation — under a deadline that does not move.
Who it is for
- Bid and proposal teams responding to Saudi government and enterprise tenders
- Vendors and system integrators with high tender volume
- Procurement functions evaluating incoming responses
- Partner organisations entering the Saudi market
How it works
- 01Parse: the tender pack is decomposed into sections, requirements, deadlines and evaluation criteria.
- 02Extract: each requirement becomes a row in a matrix with type, mandatory flag and owner.
- 03Match: requirements are matched against the organisation's approved answer library and past submissions.
- 04Draft: a first response is generated per requirement, in the tender's language, with the reused source shown.
- 05Review: gaps and unmatched requirements are surfaced explicitly for human authoring.
Deployment
- In-tenant deployment; the answer library never leaves the customer's environment
- Web application with role-based bid team workflow
- Export to Word and Excel in the customer's response template
- Optional API for integration with an existing bid management tool
Security & compliance
- Commercially sensitive tender content stays inside the customer's tenant
- Designed to align with PDPL where responses contain personal data
- Access control per bid, with an audit trail of who edited what
- Independent certification status: [EVIDENCE REQUIRED]
Evidence
We publish a metric only with its definition, method, sample size and evaluation date. Anything not yet measured to that standard is marked below rather than claimed.
| Metric | Definition | Method | Sample size | Evaluated | Limitations |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| First-draft coverage of RFP requirements | [EVIDENCE REQUIRED] | [EVIDENCE REQUIRED] | [EVIDENCE REQUIRED] | [EVIDENCE REQUIRED] | [EVIDENCE REQUIRED] |

Limitations & what it does not do
- Draft quality depends on the quality and coverage of the approved answer library.
- Poorly scanned or image-only tender packs reduce extraction accuracy.
- Jawabid does not decide bid/no-bid and does not price the response.
- Final compliance with tender rules remains the bid team's responsibility.
