AI strategy & readiness

Decide what to build, and whether you are ready to run it

Siyada Tech runs AI strategy and readiness assessments for Saudi enterprises and government entities. We review data, systems, governance and skills against the use cases under consideration, then return a prioritised roadmap with the cases worth funding, the prerequisites, and the ones to decline.

What it is

A structured assessment producing a use-case portfolio, a readiness view across data, platform, governance and people, and a sequenced roadmap with costs, prerequisites and decision criteria.

The problem it solves

Organisations fund pilots by enthusiasm rather than readiness, then discover the data is not accessible, the process is not defined, or nobody owns the system after handover.

Who it is for

  • Executives deciding where to invest in AI
  • Digital transformation and PMO functions
  • Government entities aligning AI plans with Vision 2030 and SDAIA guidance
  • Procurement teams evaluating AI vendors

How it works

  1. 01Interview process owners and review the systems and data that the candidate use cases depend on.
  2. 02Score readiness across data availability, integration, governance, and operating capability.
  3. 03Size each use case on value, feasibility and risk.
  4. 04Sequence a roadmap with prerequisites and explicit decline recommendations.
  5. 05Define the measurement plan before anything is built.

Deployment

  • Typically a fixed-scope engagement with workshops and a written report
  • Optional follow-on delivery of the first prioritised use case
  • Reports formatted for executive and board review

Security & compliance

  • Assessment material handled under NDA and kept inside the customer's environment where required
  • PDPL and NDMO considerations assessed per use case
  • Governance recommendations aligned with SDAIA AI ethics principles

Evidence

We publish a metric only with its definition, method, sample size and evaluation date. Anything not yet measured to that standard is marked below rather than claimed.

Limitations & what it does not do

  • The assessment reflects the information made available during the engagement.
  • Value estimates are ranges based on stated assumptions, not guarantees.
  • Readiness scoring is a decision aid, not an audit or certification.
